Judel/Vrolijk have designed the hull of the 388 to deliver outstanding performance, stability and balance. A record number of portholes and hatches mean the interior of this yacht is flooded with more light than any other yacht in its class.
Fast Cruising
Complimenting the new performance hull, the 388 has a high rig and a large sail area for a fast and balanced sailing.
Sails are the Elvstrom CZ Crossover sail with CX endless furler and storage bag. A Gennaker is included for maximum downwind performance.
Like all Hanse yachts this yacht is incredibly easy to sail thanks to the self-tacking jib and the fact that all lines lead aft to the twin helm positions.

The Hanse 388 has 5 openable hatches on deck, a central saloon window and two hull windows and a cockpit hatch in both aft cabins. The result is a wonderful, light filled interior.
