We opened the Yacht Service Centre in 2008 to meet needs of our ever growing family of boat owners and ensure Windcraft leads the industry in terms of owner support. In 2011 we expanded our Service Centre into new offices.
The Service Centre is headed up by Allan Bridge who knows a thing or two about small and large sailing yachts.
Allan is supported by our shipwright Dave Griffin, our yacht service manager Nick Jones, Ross Turner and an experienced team of sub-contractors.

Scheduled Yacht Maintenance
If you want to enjoy yacht ownership you can't underestimate the value of regular maintenance.
Regular care of your yacht and timely attention to problems brings major benefits in the long term.
Team Windcraft have commissioned and cared for over 200 Hanse Group yachts. We have a full-time shipwright on site.
This means your yacht is looked after by a team with an incredible depth of specialist knowledge unmatched in Australia.
When you buy a yacht from us we'll suggest the ideal yacht maintenance schedule to keep your boat in great condition...

We talk to you about Your Needs
At handover Nick Jones our yacht service centre manager talks to you about your needs.
Some owners choose a complete boat maintenance package... they have busy lives and want a walk on - walk off service.
Others do much of the routine maintenance themselves and just want us to arrange regular servicing.
And others just need assistance with sourcing spare parts.
Whatever your needs, Nick can work with you.

Team Windcraft have a dedicated 1300 number for our owners... 24/7 phone support gives you great peace of mind.

Warranty Support and Check System
Your yacht is extensively checked during construction and commissioning. Team Windcraft have developed extensive systems checks which take place on every vessel prior to handover.
All new boats sold by Team Windcraft come with a manufacturers warranty backed by the Team Windcraft Service Centre.
We have established a systemised warranty procedure and we deal directly with the Hanse Group for you.
We help you understand what is covered under warranty and help liaise with the manufacturers on your behalf should an issue arise.

The Hanse Group Rally each March is a fun day of racing on Pittwater and a chance to meet new friends.
Each September we head up to Port Stephens for a long weekend. For many owners this is their first chance to enjoy an offshore cruise and a great opportunity to build confidence and swap ideas with fellow owners.
In Melbourne in January our Victoria Hanse Group owners take part in Audi Race Week.
And on Sydney Harbour we have some exciting events planned for the near future.
