Sue Rogan - Office Manager

Sue Rogan joined Windcraft in 2011 as the Office Manager– a new position created as the Windcraft Group continued to expand.

Supporting the sales and Service team, Sue ensures the smooth running of the busy head office.

Sue looks after customers, organises contracts, helps out with insurance and anything else that needs attending to. She enjoys the variety of her day, the great people she works with, and the beautiful location.

Team collaboration is important to Sue and she is believes there is a “good work ethic” throughout the Windcraft team.

Sue spent 11 years working for Boral Ltd as executive assistant to the Chief General Manager of Building Products. The skills that she brought to Windcraft from that role are her instinct to do things to the best of her ability and a keen understanding of how to relate to customers; one of Sue’s favourite aspects to her role and one that she has focused more on in the past few years.

Sue lives locally with her family and loves the superb natural environment of the Pittwater area. As she learned more about boats from her time at Windcraft, Sue has come to appreciate Pittwater even more for the lovely leisure opportunities it affords boat enthusiasts and lovers of the outdoors.

She loves being able to see the water from her desk!
