Sanctuary Cove Boat Show 2013
Team Windcraft will be at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on May 23 - 26 exhibiting their newest model - the Hanse 345.
The new 34 footer feels like a much larger yacht on the inside and displays beautifully all around. The performance cruiser impressed crowds both at its premiere in Melbourne and the Pittwater Sail Expo this year with its large cockpit and layout for easy shorthanded sailing.
Eyacht's eco-friendly Greenline Hybrid 33 and Greenline 40 will also be on show for motor cruisers wanting to reduce their carbon footprint. A perfect motor yacht for Queensland's waterways and shallow canals.

Club Marine Pittwater Sail Expo 2013
The Pittwater Sail Expo March 16 and 17th was a beautiful weekend with lots of sunshine and a blustery Sunday for inspiration in sailing.
Team Windcraft was thrilled to escort spectators onto the brand new Hanse 345.
Hanse's trademark styling and finish, and efficient design presented beautifully all at an affordable price.
The Hanse 415 also impressed the crowd as it was packed with extras...
...full cruise pack, comfort and navigation pack, entertainment pack and new upgraded Elvstrom sails for fast performance sailing!

Melbourne Summer Boat Show 2013
The Melbourne Summer Boat Show, formerly the Melbourne International Boat and Lifestyle Festival, February 1- 3, 2013, was an exciting event for Team Windcraft this year!
There was a great response from spectators as we premiered the Hanse 345 to Australian boaties, and the Hanse 415 was a first showing in Melbourne. A Hanse 345 was sold pre-show and test sails were booked for interested buyers.
There was lots of interest on the popular Hanse 445 , Dehler 32, and Moody 45 DS, all excellent boats for Melbourne's cruising and racing culture.
Eyacht's eco-friendly Greenline Hybrid 33 was getting attention from motor cruisers wanting to reduce their carbon footprint while cruising quietly.
Hanse 415 at Mandurah Boat Show Western Australia
Team Windcraft showcased the new Hanse 415 at the Mandurah Boat Show in Western Australia October 12 - 14, 2012.
This new state-of-the-art, fast cruiser had a lot to live up to following its predecessor the Hanse 400... after all the 400 was the number one selling 40 footer in Australia...ever!
The new hull design and layout adds about 10% more room below which grabbed a lot of interest for a 40 footer from the boat show crowd.
This Hanse 415 hull #024 was commissioned in Perth by Team Windcraft's very own full-time Shipwright Dave Griffin.
Sydney International Boat Show 2012
Once again Team Windcraft had the largest sailboat stand at the Sydney Boat Show. And once again we enjoyed 5 days of perfect Sydney weather.
It was great to unveil the much anticipated Hanse 415 and on the very first day of the show we took a deposit on Hanse 415#25 from a Pittwater buyer.
This year our display was further enhanced by the addition of eyachts allowing us to show the Greenline Hybrid range and the Buizen 52
"Faultless" Hanse 415
The word we kept hearing from crowds viewing the Hanse 415 was "faultless".
The new model was appreciated by owners of the smaller Hanse models looking to upgrade as well as the general market.
Potential buyers loved the spacious cockpit with its comfortable, ergonomic seating.
Because all lines lead aft to the helm position, this can be described as almost a 'guest' cockpit... non-sailors don't need to be involved unless they choose to.
The gentle companionway has a perfect angle of slope - you naturally find yourself walking forwards down the steps into the saloon.
Down below the public noted the "very clever, simple solutions".
Things like the extra part-time berth in the saloon made possible thanks to a lowering chart table, the option for a double berth in the saloon which doesn't involve changing the table and the enormous dining table showed this boat is incredibly well thought out.
The V-berth with its 4 opening hatches was very well received. People also loved the bathroom with its newly designed shower and draining floor.

Hanse 445 - Beautiful Lines
The Hanse 445 had a beautiful spot at the end of a pontoon which allowed everyone to really enjoy her stunning lines.
As always with Hanse yachts people admired the clean and clear decks and the fact that all the sail controls are right by the helm positions.
And of course sailors recognised the trademark efficiencies of the Judel/Vrolijk hull and rig designed for effortless speed.
The crowds really liked the huge V-berth with island bed and separate shower and head.
Potential buyers also loved the huge amount of cross-ventilation in the saloon from the 7 opening ports and hatches.

Hanse 495 - 50 Foot Yacht You Can Sail Single Handed
The Hanse 495 always makes a strong statement everywhere she goes.
Once again people always remark on the beautiful clean lines and the fact that all lines lead aft to the twin helm positions.
The bonus that you can sail this 50 foot yacht single handed is a huge positive for many buyers.
At SIBS this year buyers also mentioned how great it was to have hull windows giving sea views from the saloon and also the huge amount of light and ventilation down below.
This Hanse 495 was sold before the show and her new owners are looking forward to some fantastic times out on the water.

Hanse 385 - "Heaps of Space"
The comment we heard most about the Hanse 385 was "this yacht has heaps of space - this is a lot of boat for the money!"
Potential buyers really appreciated how light and airy the interior was and the large, well-equipped galley.
The option of a double bed in the saloon when extra-guests stay was very well received.
Many couples and families are finding it hard to choose between the 385 and 415...

Moody 45 DS - "Such Clever Design"
For many the Moody 45 DS is their dream boat - the one they will cross oceans in when they can slow down a little.
As always the Boat Show crowds commented on how clever the design is and how much they love the one level indoor-outdoor living.
People also commented on the quality of the finish and the amazing space and storage for a 45 foot boat.

"Stunning" was the word the crowds used for the Moody 41 AC Classic They particularly love the quality of the fit and finish and the curved glass windscreen.
Windcraft option this boat in such a comprehensive way that all buyers need to do is choose the colour of the upholstery.
A couple from New Zealand placed an order for Moody Classic at the show recognising that this is the ideal boat for Auckland conditions.
Dehler Double Act
The Dehler 32 and Dehler 41 showed off their beautiful performance lines as they sat side by side at the show.
People remarked over and over again about the quality of the finish and the well laid out and open cockpits.
There was very strong interest in both models from Sydney locals and interstate visitors.

Luxury Yachts at Club Marine Pittwater Sail Expo
The Club Marine Pittwater Sail Expo at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club March 24-25 2012 was a wonderful event for Windcraft.
It was a great opportunity for locals to view fabulous luxury yachts and a range of marine lifestyle products in Windcraft's own backyard.
Team Windcraft proudly displayed the Dehler 41 and Hanse 385.
Both cruising yachts attracted alot of interest. A great show overall - close to home, free to enter and a beautiful Autumn day!
2012 Melbourne International Boat and Lifestyle Festival
We had a fantastic time at the Melbourne International Boat and Lifestyle Festival in 2012.
Hanse Debuts
The most consistent feedback on the Hanse 385 was "this is a lot of boat for the money".
The unexpected comfort prompted a few families to play with the idea of renting out the house for a year afloat!
The characteristic clean deck and lines of the new 5 series were much appreciated on this model.
Sailors who enjoy sailing alone or as a couple featured among potential buyers.
Hanse 495
People continued to be amazed that a 49 foot yacht can be so easy to sail.
The lead aft lines and self-tacking headsail mean you can even sail the Hanse 495 single handed.
Families loved the safety of the clear, clean and uncluttered decks.
Down below visitors were surprised by the light and space.
They loved the smart layout and the amount of storage in the galley.
We have a number of test sails booked in the next couple of weeks.
We're really looking forward to showing people how easy these yachts are to sail... and how beautifully they perform.
Moody Show Stoppers
As always the Moody 45 Deck Saloon brought a constant stream of admirers... even before they realised the aircon was on!
The elegant Moody 41 AC Classic added to the variety of the Team Windcraft display. Crowds always appreciate the timeless elegance of these beautiful, classic yachts.
Our entertainer Frankie Lee Darling was simply sublime serenading the crowds from the bow of the Deck Saloon.
Dehler Double Act
The brand new Dehler 41 and Dehler 32 got an incredible reaction at the show.
Crowds loved the proportions of both boats.
They particularly commented on the wide stern and beautiful lines. People appreciated the high end finish, quality build and feeling of strength and solidity.
They were surprised by how affordable these performance cruisers are.
Luxury Yachts for Sale on the Team Windcraft Display at the Sydney International Boat Show 2011
We had an absolute ball at the Sydney Boat Show this year!
The sun shone every day and crowds flocked to see our stand.
Team Windcraft had 13 luxury yachts on display... the largest sailboat stand at the show.
People seemed to really appreciate our friendly laid back approach and many came back for second, third and fourth looks.

Hanse 495
The Hanse 495 made her Australian debut at Sydney this year and was one of the stand out boats of the show.
John Cowpe of Team Windcraft Sydney and and our shipwright Dave Griffin were almost hoarse by the end of each day from chatting constantly to the crowds who flocked to see this gorgeous yacht.
People particularly liked the long galley with fridge and freezer drawers, the hull windows and the fabulous master suite.
They are also very excited the thought of owning a 49 foot luxury yacht you can sail single handed.

Hanse 445 Wins Hearts
The Hanse 445 was another stand-out boat at the show.
Crowds came from Asia, New Zealand and all over Australia to see this gorgeous yacht.

Moody 45 AC Classic Debut
The Moody 45 Classic made her Australian debut at Sydney this year, our Moody sales team loved showing her off to the fascinated crowds.
Greg Cockle was also busy throughout the show chatting on the Moody 41 Classic.
The traditional looks, gleaming stainless steel and beautiful teak decks make these boats real show stoppers.
People were, as always, impressed by the quality finish of the Moody yachts.

Moody Deck Saloon Always a Show Stopper
It's amazing to see the smiles on people's faces when they first step on board a Moody Deck Saloon...
... they realise pretty quickly that cruising the world on this luxury 'floating apartment' would be a truly life-changing experience.
The Moodys are the only true Deck Saloons with 360 degree vision and single level living accommodation.

Dehler Race Ahead
Dehler Yachts have doubled their turnover this year... Why?
Firstly the Hanse Group bought Dehler in 2009. Increased buying power brings traditional Dehler quality at lower prices.
And secondly Judel/Vrolijk have penned the new Dehler 32 and Dehler 41 with huge success. Dehler took 20 orders for the 41 in the first week post launch.
At SIBS this year we displayed the Dehler 35 and Tim Vine of Team Windcraft Sydney enjoyed explaining his passion for this luxury performance brand.

Manly Family Win Bear Cottage Yacht
And of course we can't mention SBIS 2011 without chatting about the Bear Cottage Raffle.
Husam Dajani from Manly admired the Hanse 355 on Friday at the Boat Show and bought the winning ticket number 3849 just 2 days before the draw.
He never thought in his wildest dreams that he would actually win!
